Save up to 29% or more!

At Stanlin Energy Group
we are utilizing a patented and proven technology that typically saves 7% to 19+% on power boilers and 15% to 29+% on atmospheric boilers, furnaces and hot water heaters.

Who may consider the Energy System?:
  • Towns and Municipalities
  • Power Plants
  • Co Generation facilities
  • School Systems
  • Colleges
  • Churches
  • Apartments
  • Hospitals
  • Rehabilitation Centers
  • Small and Large Businesses
  • Property Management company portfolios

System Benefits:

  • Reduces fuel consumption by 7% to 19+% or more with commercial units and up to 29+% on residential. while producing more BTU’s
  • In facilities that have multiple boilers using a common stack we have an optimal solution.
  • Environmentally Friendly
  • Maintenance free - No moving parts.
  • Consumes no energy.
  • Regulates thermodynamically rather than mechanically.
  • Works on both the On & Off cycle.
  • Returns equipment efficiency back close to manufacturers certified specifications.
  • Extends the life of your equipment.
  • Reduces equipment repair and maintenance costs due to a cleaner burn and less run time.
  • Reduces pollution into the environment.
  • Guaranteed savings & performance increase.

Engineers consider our technology to have a greater positive impact on the overall efficiency and operation of their existing equipment than any other technology available. The Draft Regulator is a unique, straightforward, solution to one of the most common and expensive boiler efficiency problems in the industry today.

    Cost Savings Calculations

To calculate savings we start by looking at past fuel bills. Three years is ideal, however it can be done with less. The fuel bills are analyzed to take into account variables that have a noticeable impact on fuel consumption. Some examples would be:

    • Outside temperature - Degree days are the standard by which gas and oil companies measure the amount of coldness. These statistics are readily available from the gas and oil companies and are utilized to determine the amount of fuel consumed per degree day so that accurate comparisons can be made from month to month and year to year.

    • Occupancy - In hotels, for example, occupancy has a big impact on hot water heating requirements in particular.

    • Production - In manufacturing and processing settings, fuel consumption is often tied directly to production.

Using past fuel consumption records and applying the appropriate variables, a simple model is developed that creates base line fuel consumption. This base line is used to calculate subsequent fuel savings. The calculation is based on fuel consumption savings only, not on cost savings. Given the trend of increasing fuel prices, a 20% savings in fuel consumption could quickly turn into a 30% to 50% cost savings as prices rise.

How are Fuel Savings Estimated Prior to Installation?

Fuel savings can be estimated in advance through an examination of past fuel bills combined with the initial inspection and testing of the equipment. Specialized equipment is utilized to take readings on the temperature and composition of the flue gas and to estimate the amount of excess air and oxygen. With all of the data at hand a reasonably accurate estimate can then be made of the fuel savings that would be made with the installation of the Stanlin Energy System.

Is the estimate going to be exact?

No it won't be. But based on past product performance and the science surrounding the reduction of excess air and oxygen levels we are generally pretty close on our estimates and if anything tend to be a bit conservative. So there's a good chance you will save even more.
